About Us:

Pretty Little Studio creates vintage and whimsical craft products that will inspire you to create awesome paper projects. All of our products are handmade in the USA. We recycle vintage illustrations and re-create them into new whimsical paper collections.


How long does it to take to Process my order?

All of our products are printed and packaged in our studio. So it can take 4-5 business days to get your order ready to ship. If you need your order Rushed for a specific occasion or project, please let us know and we will do our best to send it out earlier. 


Payment Method:

We accept Mastercard, Discover, Visa and Paypal. We also accept money orders and personal checks. A check must clear the bank before your order will be shipped.


Returns:

All returns must be approved within 14 business days of receipt. All returns must be free from damage, alterations or use and must be in their original packaging. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking free. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We do not accept returns from International customers.


Terms and Conditions:

Prices are subject to change without notice. Reproduction in any way of Pretty Little Studio’s designs and products is strictly prohibited.


Shipping your Order:

Thank you so much for your order, your business is so very much appreciated. To keep overhead low, we don't keep alot of stock. Orders are printed and packaged when they are ordered. Your order may take up to 5-7 days to ship. If you need your order Rushed, please let us know.


Shipping:

We ship USPS for all USA and International orders. If your USA package is 13 oz or more its ships Priority Mail. Order placed on Saturday won't go out until Tuesday. International Orders are shipped First Class Mail, if you order is 2 lbs or greater it will be shipped Priority Mail.

*Wholesalers: If you have a Fed Ex or UPS account number. Just provide it in the notes field and we can ship through your account. We will also refund your shipping charges. 


*International Shipping*

On January 27, 2013: Shipping skyrocketed for International shipping. The shipping increased 2-7$ per ounce. If you are an International customer we will try to work with with shipping costs. After you make a purchase - if its big enough to go in a box like 2+ lbs. We will do our best to find a shipping company that is reasonable and then refund any of your extra shipping costs.


Coupons:

Coupons are not redeemable for cash or credit. Not valid with an other offer, discount or coupon. Only ONE coupon per transaction may be used.


$10 Blog Coupon:

Once a week, we randomly choose one person to win the Sketch Challenge and one the Inspiration Challenge. That person will receive a $10 coupon to our store. $10 challenge coupons expire 3 months from the date they were issued. You may have received more then one of these $5 coupon in that past 4 months. These coupons cannot be added together to create a larger coupon. They are not redeemable for cash or credit. The cannot be used with any other coupon offer. Coupons are not redeemable for cash or credit. Not valid with an other offer, discount or coupon. Only ONE coupon per transaction may be used.


Where can I get a coupon?

Sign up for our newsletter, follow our blog and Like us on facebook. We always have coupons when a new collection is released.


How much are shipping charges?

Shipping charges start at $2.47. To Estimate your shipping charges, add one item to your shopping cart. Click on the shopping cart (orange ball) and click on the button "Estimate Shipping" USA - Pick out your state and type in your zipcode - International - Pick out your country and the shopping cart will give you an estimate on your shipping based on weight for the items in your shopping cart.


How do I download my order?

Step 1: Log in to your account Step 2: Click on "My Account" (upper right corner) Step 3: Under My Account information look for your order (they are listed by date) Step 4: When you have found your order, Select "View" Step 5: Your Order Info will be on the top. The second box is your download box. Click "Download" Step 6: Save to your computer.


What is Pre-Order?

When we release a brand new collection we offer it for Pre-Order before it starts shipping. Pre-Order is so we can estimate how much product to package and for our wholesalers to receive product in their stores before we start shipping online to consumers.


When do Pre-Orders Ship?

We will post a date on the top of the page of the new collection and that is when Pre-Orders will begin shipping. It is usually 2-4 weeks from the time the new collection is released.


Where you have a customer gallery where I can upload my projects made with Pretty Little Studio products?

Yes, we do! We would love to see your layouts, cards and projects made with Pretty Little Studio products. We have a ning - it's a place to communicate with other customers, our design team and to post your projects and video's made with PLS products. I saw a Vintage Baby Shower Invitation Online - Do you do custom orders?

Yes, we do! Just send us an email [at] info@prettylittlestudio.com and let us know what you are looking for. We will send you all the details by email and before your order prints and ships we will send you customized proofs of your invitation so you know exactly what you are receiving.


How much does a Custom Invitation Cost?

A one-sided 5x7 invitation with the envelope cost $2.50 each. Please email us for more details and digital samples.


Angel Policy:

You are welcome to sell our paper products that you purchase from us. You can also create handmade cards, layouts, albums, crafts and project with our products and sell them online, etsy, ebay etc. We would like you to give us credit - in the supply list or product description if you are selling our products online or creating kits with our products.

You cannot resale items made from our digital items or digital cards.
